     The Panther chameleon is an omnivore. Its diet consists of insects, frogs, some plant leaves, lizards, and small mammals. They use their tongues to capture their prey. The tip of their tongue is very sticky to allow them to capture their prey fast. Their tongues are about one and a half times their body length! It is interesting that they go through so much to catch food and have no taste buds. A chameleon's diet is very important because they need many vitamins to survive. Their diet consists of many different vitamins to keep them in good health.
